GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans French style green beans
1 c. mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
16 oz. block Velveeta cheese
Almonds

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Add flour; cook until thick and smooth. Add milk, half & half, salt, pepper, soy sauce, Tabasco and cubed Velveeta. Cook until smooth. Pour over green beans in casserole dish. Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 400 degrees until bubbly.
