GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans string beans, drained
Garlic salt to taste
1 carton sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
24 crackers, crushed and buttered

Put beans in the bottom of a 6 x 12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over beans. Slice cheese and place on top. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees until hot, about 30 minutes.
