GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans string beans, drained
Garlic salt to taste
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of onion soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
24 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Put beans in the bottom of a 6 x 12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over beans. Slice cheese and place on top. Cover with crushed crackers. Drizzle lightly with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 generously.
