STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 can onion rings
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped

Drain beans. Brown chopped onions in small amount butter. In saucepan, combine beans, almonds, brown onions, pimento and soup. Heat thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole, top with onion rings, then the grated cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
