THE 'BEST' AVOCADO DIP 
2 'California' avocados, lightly mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 med. tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
A dash or two of hot sauce

You must make sure to use the California avocados; almost black in color and very, very soft to the touch. Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
