SALAD 
1 tbsp. diced tomato
1 tbsp. diced red pepper
1 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
2 tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tbsp. dried
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
2 corn tortillas cut in very thin strips
2 tbsp. olive oil to fry strips
1 lb. shrimp
Assorted greens
Salt and pepper

Saute tortilla strips in 2 tablespoons oil (start with cold oil). Combine herbs and oil in large bowl, add tomatoes, peppers, green s and tortilla strips and toss. Broil peeled fresh shrimp brushed with olive oil. Place on top of salad.
