CREAM OF WHEAT LAYER CAKE 
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 whole eggs
4 c. flour
4 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs with mixer until smooth. Add remaining ingredients mixing with a wooden spoon or spatula. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll 1 portion out at a time on a piece of waxed paper doubled the size of a baking sheet pan. Put the dough between the wax paper and roll out. Bake each one on the back of the baking pan at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Filling: Cook 8 level teaspoons of cream of wheat farina in 2 cups of milk until smooth and thick, on low temperature. Let farina cool then add 1/2 pound sweet butter (room temperature), 1 cup of confectionery sugar. Beat until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on each cooled layer of cake. Place on top of each layer, in between 3 layers. Top of cake.

Icing: Melt down 1/4 cup Nestles chocolate chips and pour over top and spread. Cut into squares when cake is all stacked.
