MELLOW CHICKEN 
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Peanut oil
Flour, cornstarch
1-1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut or thin strips

SEASONED FLOUR:

1 c. presifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. flour

Coat chicken pieces in seasoned flour mixture. Set aside. Mix broth, sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil in bowl. Heat wok/stir fry skillet, add peanut oil. Cook chicken until done, stirring constantly. Add liquid mixture to chicken, stir. Make a paste of cornstarch and water (1:1) and slowly add until desired consistency. Serve over rice or oriental noodles.
