CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 bag sm. shell noodles
1 lb. jalapeno Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 c. green onion
1 c. onion

Season and boil chicken. Debone chicken. Boil noodles in chicken broth. In large bowl mix chicken, noodles and cheese, saute seasonings add to mixture, add soup. Place in casserole dish and heat well. Serves 6 to 8 may be prepared ahead and frozen can be heated in oven or microwave.

For less spice use 1/2 lb. jalapeno cheese and 1/2 lb. reg. Velveeta.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
