MAPLE GRAHAM CRACKERS 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
1/3 c. melted butter
1 egg

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Lightly beat wet ingredients in separate bowl. Make a well in dry ingredients, add liquids, work with hands until dough coheres. Dust work surface lightly with flour, roll to 1/8 inch thick. Dough will appear to stick, but don't worry. (Cut into desired shapes and transfer to ungreased baking sheet using spatula. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
