QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
3 eggs
butter
1 c. half & half
Salt
8 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

In bowl whisk eggs. Add eggs and cream and salt. Place bacon and cheese in pie crust. Pour mix over this. Add pepper and salt to taste. Place pats of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.
