STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch
10 oz. 7-Up plus water to make 2 1/2 c. liquid
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
2 baked pie shells
2 pt. sliced strawberries
Cool Whip

Cook sugar, cornstarch, and 7-Up/water mixture in medium heat until thick and clear. Add strawberry Jello and set aside to cool.

Slice 2 pints strawberries in bottom of baked pie shells. Pour liquid over strawberries and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
