1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 lg. can tomatoes, mashed
Salt and pepper
1/16 tsp. oregano
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef with onion; drain. Cook macaroni as directed on package. Layer in baking dish the beef and macaroni. Add tomatoes, including juice, salt, pepper and oregano. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
