LAYER 1: 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 egg LAYER 2: 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs Combine cake mix, melted butter and egg. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix and beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and eggs for 5 minutes. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool several hours before cutting. | |
