1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix and pat in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over the other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
