GERMAN APPLE PANCAKE 
4 lg. apples. peeled and sliced
10 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. milk

Fry apples in 8 tablespoons butter in 9 x 13 pan. Mix the other 2 tablespoons butter, add rest of ingredients in blender. Pour over apples and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and dot with butter. Bake 5 minutes or until fluffy. 6 servings.
