CREAMY ALMOND CANDY 
1 1/2 lbs. vanilla flavored candy coating
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
3 c. whole almonds, toasted about 1 lb.

In heavy saucepan, over low heat melt candy coating with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in extract then almonds. Spread evenly into wax paper lined or until firm. Turn onto cutting board. Peel off paper and cut into triangles or squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
