1 c. sugar
1 c. honey (sugared ok)
1 c. coffee (warm to melt honey)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. shortening
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour

Beat together for a little bit. Pour into greased and floured little bread pans. Bake at 350-375 degrees until done. Test with a toothpick after 20-30 minutes.
