TURKEY CRUNCH 
3 c. diced cooked turkey
2 chopped hard cooked eggs
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
Chow mein noodles

Mix first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise, toss with turkey mixture. Put in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Fix ahead and freeze. Freezes well. I omit the hard boiled eggs.
