SHELLY'S PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 stick butter
12 canned pineapple rings, reserve juice
Yellow cake mix
1 c. brown sugar
Pecan halves
Maraschino cherries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put pan in preheating oven until it melts. Remove pan from oven. Place 12 pineapple rings in pan; place a cherry in center of each pineapple ring. Place a pecan half between pineapple rings. Prepare yellow cake mix, as directed on box except replace water with reserved pineapple juice. Carefully pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tests done.
