BARBECUE SHRIMP 
5 lb. shrimp
1 1/2 lb. butter
4 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon pepper
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
juice of 4 lemons

Melt butter and mix all ingredients except shrimp. Lay shrimp in a shallow pan. Pour sauce over shrimp.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until done (test to see). Stir every 5 to 7 minutes.
