SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained well
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 lg. onion, cut in strips
1 c. celery, diced

Set the above aside.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. water

Mix these ingredients together; pour over salad; marinate in refrigerator overnight. This will keep good for several days.
