TACO BURRITOS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion (optional)
2 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans (15 oz.) refried beans
2 sm. env. pkg. taco seasoning
3 tomatoes, fresh
1 head lettuce
Cheddar cheese
Tortilla shells (soft)
Sour cream (optional)
Vegetable oil

Do in fry pan (large) - fry: hamburger and drain fat. Onion (chopped). Refried beans. Tomato sauce. Both envelopes taco seasoning. Mix well, then cover and let simmer on low heat 1/2 hour. Turn occasionally so not to burn onto pan.

Shells: To fry crispy - in another large frying pan pour 1/2 inch deep with vegetable oil. Heat to very hot (don't burn). Use tongs to lower soft shell into hot grease. Fry both sides until golden brown; drain on paper towel.

For soft shells: Steam heat - wrap in foil and put into warm oven 5 minutes or less. Put cheese, tomatoes, lettuce in bowls to serve. Top tacos with sour cream and enjoy!
