SHRIMP PASTA | |
1 cube butter 2-3 cloves garlic 1-2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 lb. peeled, raw shrimp Melt butter in skillet on medium. Do not scorch butter. Peel garlic and press into butter. Add Italian seasoning and shrimp. Stir gently until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook shrimp. Pour shrimp-butter mixture over drained pasta (1 pound pasta - spaghetti, linguini, tagliarini, or any thin noodles). Toss to coat pasta with mixture. Serve on hot platter. Serves 6. |
