EGYPTIAN SPINACH 
1 pkg. thawed whole leaf spinach

(Be sure to mash as much of the water out of the spinach as you can.) 1 lg. slivered onion 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter Sugar or Sweet 'n Low 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onions in butter; add salt, pepper, sugar and tomatoes. Simmer together about 5 minutes. Add the leaf spinach and let cook for an additional 5 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese.
