GRILLED SMOKE SAUSAGE 
1 c. apricot preserves
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage

Heat preserves in small saucepan over low heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and mustard. Grill sausage on uncovered grill over low heat, brushing with apricot glaze. Continue to grill and glaze sausage about 5 minutes longer. Great with baked potato and mixed vegetables.
