CABBAGE SOUP 
6 lg. potatoes
2 green peppers
2 lg. cans of tomatoes
1 lg. cabbage
1 lg. bunch of celery
2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix

Dice and cut up all vegetables. Add water to cover. Boil all ingredients together 10 minutes. Simmer until vegetables are done. Season with pepper and oregano, if desired. Yields 4 quarts.
