RHUBARB CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter, melted
5 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
2 c. miniature marshmallow
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 egg
Yellow cake mix

Put butter in large oblong pan, add rhubarb, add marshmallows. Mix Jello and sugar, sprinkle on pan ingredients. Mix water and egg with cake mix, pour over top of above. Bake 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes. May serve warm.
