BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
5 slices cubed bread without crust (white)
No. 2 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple

1. Cream sugar and butter.

2. Add eggs.

3. Add pineapple with juice.

4. Add. Fold in bread cubes. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole (greased) 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8.

It is better to prepare the day before and bake the next day as it tastes better.
