FREEZE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 carrot, shredded
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
3 stalks celery chopped
1 sm. green pepper

Shred cabbage and mix with salt, let stand 1 hour, then drain. Add celery, carrots and peppers.

Boil sugar, vinegar, water, celery seed and mustard seed together. Pour boiling mixture over cabbage. Cool well and then freeze or put in refrigerator and let stand overnight before eating.
