COLESLAW TO FREEZE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 carrot
1 mango

Shred cabbage; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze cabbage dry.

SAUCE:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Boil 1 minute. Cool and pour over slaw. Put in ziplock bag and freeze.
