COLLARD GREENS | |
2-3 bunches fresh collard greens 1/2 to 1 lb. pork trimming or ham hocks Salt Water Clean collard greens well. Cut fat from pork. Bring water to boil with a small amount of salt. Add collard greens and pork. Simmer all day. Add salt to taste and serve. Cabbage may be substituted for the collard greens. |
