SPINACH TORTILLA ROLLS 
6 soft lg. flour tortillas
10 oz. spinach, drained
1/4 c. bacon bits
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Warm tortillas. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread mixture on warmed tortillas, then roll and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice in about 2-inch pieces just before serving.
