SPICY BLACK EYED PEAS | |
1 onion 1 bell pepper 1 can black eyed peas 1 c. chopped tomatoes 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. red pepper 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. smoke 1 tbsp. fresh parsley Saute onion and pepper until tender. Add rest of ingredients to pan and simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top. 1/2 cup = 108 calories, no fat. |
