CONFETTI SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
16 oz. bottle creamy Italian dressing
2 garlic buds or powder
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Salt
Cayenne red pepper (opt.)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped red pepper
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. sliced black olives
8 sprigs of parsley

Break and cook vermicelli according to package directions. Mix next 8 ingredients, add to vermicelli and chill. One hour before serving, add celery, chopped green onions, chopped red pepper, parsley and black olives. Mix well. Makes large salad.
