HOT CHEESE PUFFS 
1 c. shredded Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/3 c. butter
2 egg whites
30 (1 inch) cubes of French bread

Combine cheeses and butter over low heat until melted. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold cheese into egg whites. Dip bread into cheese to coat. Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper and freeze until firm. Place in storage bags or containers in freezer until needed. Bake frozen cubes on greased cookie sheets at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve immediately.
