COCONUT BALLS 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. chopped dates
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Coconut

In a large pan, melt butter, slowly add sugar, dates and egg. When edges start to boil continue to cook for 8 minutes. Don't overcook!

Remove from stove and add Rice Krispies, pecans. Let cool enough to handle. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Put on waxed paper.
