FLAN 
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk plus enough milk to make 2 c.
1 1/3 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. brown sugar
8 custard bowls

Beat all ingredients, except brown sugar, until granulated sugar is dissolved. Take 1 tablespoon brown sugar and put in each custard cup and pat down. Pour custard into custard bowls until all used. Place bowls in a large pan. Pour boiling water to within one inch of top of pan (being careful not to let water get into custard). Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 45-50 minutes. Take out and let cool completely. Take knife and run under custard to loosen, then put out on a serving dish. 8 servings.
