STACKED CHICKEN SALAD | |
3 c. cooked chicken breast, diced 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning 2-4 c. shredded lettuce 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 c. LeSueur green peas 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni 3 hard boiled eggs 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch style dressing Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss gently, layer lettuce, chicken mixture, water chestnuts, peas, macaroni, cheese and sliced eggs. Place this one after the other in layers. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing. Put this dressing over salad sealing to edge. Cover tightly. Refrigerate 24 hours. |
