FRYJOLES A LA CHARRA 
2 lbs. pinto beans
1/2 lb. bacon
1 pkg. any kind of breakfast sausage
2 med. onions
2 onions
1 bu. cilantro
1/2 c. green serrano peppers (optional)

Soak beans overnight.

Cook beans with sliced sausage for about 2 hours.

After beans are already cooked, set them aside until later. Fry half a pound of bacon in large skillet (do not drain). Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup onions, 2 cups chopped cilantro and 1/2 cup of green serrano peppers (optional). Saute until onion and tomatoes are cooked soft. Add seasoning, a dash of garlic, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into cooked beans. Stir well and simmer for 20 minutes.
