SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 slices bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. onion or 1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Prepared Sweet and Sour Sauce

Mix together. Make small balls 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Brown in oven. Heat Sweet and Sour Sauce in slow cooker. When meatballs are brown, take them out of oven and place them into the slow cooker with the sweet and sour sauce. Stirring occasionally, heat for about one hour. Serve over rice.
