SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

For meatballs, saute chopped onions in butter until translucent. Combine with beef and pork, eggs, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Make bite-size meatballs and bake with sauce.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 beef bouillon cube
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. cream
1 tsp. salt
