2 lb. chuck beef cubes
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. instant onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) can beef broth or red wine

Mix above ingredients. Seal tightly and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
