ORANGE BUTTER FROSTING 
3 tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
5 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Add rind. Add juice a few drops at a time, alternately with more sugar until right consistency to spread.

Variations: Frosting may be varied in flavor by substituting 5 tablespoons of your favorite jelly or preserves for the orange juice.
