1 1/3 c. or 3 1/2 oz. can coconut 1/3 c. sugar or sugar substitute equivalent, suitable for baking 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/8 tsp. salt 2 egg whites 1/2 tsp. almond extract Mix coconut, sugar or sugar substitute, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately. |
