SWEET & SOUR BAKED BEANS 
8 slices bacon
1 med. sized onion
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (1 lb.) can white lima beans
1 (1 lb.) can green lima beans
1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can baked beans

Brown bacon slices and drain. Put onions in skillet, cook slowly then add the vinegar, sugar and mustard. Drain the 3 cans of beans, do not drain baked beans. Add beans and crumbled bacon. Put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Browned ground beef may be added.
