GLAZED FRUITED CHICKEN 
1 (29 oz.) jar fruits for salad
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
1 broiler fryer chicken cut in parts
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade

Drain fruit, save 2/3 cup of liquid. Stir reserved liquid into mayonnaise; stir over medium heat until mixture boils, add stuffing. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Add chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Melt marmalade, arrange fruit around chicken, brush on marmalade. Bake 15 minutes. Serves 4.
