BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. chuck steak 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 stick butter Cut lean part of steak in small cubes. Sauté in butter at medium heat for about 2 minutes. Put cubes of steak into a baking dish along with sour cream and mushroom soup. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F. Serve over egg noodles. |
