1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
1 (12.3 oz.) box crispix cereal
1 (2 lb.) bag confectioners' sugar

Microwave butter, chocolate and peanut butter until melted. With a wooden spoon, stir until smooth.

Put crispix in a large container and slowly pour chocolate mixture over the crispix. Gently fold until all crispix is covered.

Take a medium size plastic bag and pour in 1/2 of the powdered sugar. Put the chocolate-covered crispix in the bag and then the remaining sugar. Tie the bag and gently roll from hand to hand until the crispix is covered completely with the powdered sugar.
