CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 c. cake flour
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 lb. butter
2 to 4 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 to 4 tsp. lemon extract

Mix cream cheese and butter together until creamy. Add sugar mix well (until it looks like ice cream). Add 2 eggs and 1 cup flour at a time, beating well and alternate eggs and flour until gone. Add flavoring.

Grease and flour tubed cake pan (9 inch or 10 inch). Pour cake mix in cold cake pan and put into a cold oven. Turn oven to 300 degrees F and let cook 2 hours or until done.

PINEAPPLE TOPPING:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. powder sugar
1 sm. can pineapple (crushed)

Melt butter, add powdered sugar. Mix together with crushed pineapple. Pour pineapple topping on cake while cake is still warm.
